There will be a Finance Committee Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on October 22, 2020. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall – 4932 S Village Road. The purpose of this meeting is to complete the 2021 Village Budget.

There will be an Employee Committee Meeting on Wednesday, October 14 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall at 4932 S Village Road. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the wages for the board members and employees for 2021.

There will be a Finance Committee Meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the village hall at 4932 S Village Road. The purpose of this meeting is to work on the 2021 village budget.

The Village of Poplar is taking bids to paint the Poplar Village Hall and Garage. The building is concrete block and approximately 3000 square feet less windows and doors. The wood trim, soffit, and fascia need to be scraped, primed, and painted a separate color. The bid is on labor and materials. The Village has 25 gallons of white concrete paint in storage.

All bids will be opened, discussed, and voted on at the August 11th Board Meeting.
