According to Section 174.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the owner of a dog more than five months of age within the license year, shall annually, on or before the dated the dog becomes five months of age, pay the dog license fee and obtain a license. You can obtain this license with the Village of Poplar Clerk. The cost of the license is $8.00 each Male or Female, $3.00 if animal is spayed or neutered. A rabies vaccination certificate must accompany payment for all dog licenses. Please make payments to: Village of Poplar, PO Box 137, Poplar, WI 54864.
