The purpose of the caucus is to nominate candidates for the following positions in the April 5, 2022 election.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2022 Budget will be held on Friday, November 12 at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, 4932 S Village Road.
There will be an Employee Committee meeting on October 26 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be a closed session to discuss employee’s wages for 2022.
At 6:30 p.m., the Finance Committee will be working on the the Village 2022 Budget. This meeting is open to the public.
Notice: There will be a strategy meeting with the members of the Town of Maple and the Village of Poplar AD Hoc Committee. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 7 at 5:00 p.m. at the Poplar Village Hall- 4932 S Village Road. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the school bus usage on the Town of Maple and the Village of Poplar Roads before the AD Hoc Committee meeting on September 9.
There will be an emergency Sewer Commission / Village Board Meeting on Saturday, August 28 @ Noon. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall at 4932 S Village Road. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on authorizing the extra funds to replace the damaged liner at the sewer pond instead of repairing it.
